Refunds

Effective date: August 20, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 16, 2026

Changed on September 14, 2026. The 14-day money-back guarantee has been withdrawn. If you bought before that date it still covers your purchase — write to us and we will honour it.

Block Insights is sold without a refund window. The free version on WordPress.org is there so the decision can be made before the money moves: install it, measure your own pages, and read what it cannot measure first. The home page measures your own reading of it as you go. This page says what happens if you buy anyway and something is wrong.

1. There is no refund window

We do not run a money-back period. There is no deadline counting down and no form to fill in.

Block Insights is a one-time purchase. There is one charge, and it is the only one.

Read what it cannot measure before you buy. It measures pages built in the block editor. Pages built with Elementor, Divi or another page builder are outside the block system and cannot be measured at all — that is the single most common reason someone regrets the purchase. It is on the home page, in the FAQ, and the plugin's own coverage check counts your measurable pages once it is installed. Please read it first, not after.

2. If something is wrong, write to us anyway

No window does not mean no answer. Email contact-web@onecraft-ne.jp with the email address used at purchase and your order number from the Freemius receipt, and tell us what happened.

If the Plugin is broken, we fix it. If you want the purchase reversed, we will look at the case and at how the licence has been used, and decide. A refund at that point is at our discretion. We do not promise one in advance, and we do not rule one out.

Two things we will always put right: a duplicate charge, and a charge that is clearly an error. Tell us and we refund it, at any time.

We are unlikely to agree where the licence has been used in a way that breaches the Terms of Service — resale of a licence key, for example.

Payments are processed by Freemius as merchant of record, so a refund we approve is issued through Freemius and returns to the original payment method. Card networks and banks usually take a few business days to show it.

3. There is nothing to cancel

Block Insights is bought once. There is no subscription, no renewal and no paid period to run out, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your licence does not expire. What ends it is a refund we approve, a chargeback, or a termination under the Terms of Service. Each reverses or removes the purchase, and the licence goes with it.

4. What this policy does not override

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Consumer law where you live may give you a right to cancel or to a remedy no matter what this page says. In the UK and the EU, digital content carries a statutory cancellation right, which is lost only where you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you were giving the right up. Freemius is the merchant of record and handles that step at checkout. Where such a right applies to you, it applies, and nothing here is intended to limit it.

You can also ask your bank or card issuer to reverse the charge. Freemius handles chargebacks as merchant of record and responds with the purchase and usage records it holds. A chargeback ends the licence whether or not we would have approved a refund.

5. What happens to your data

A licence ending does not reach into your website.

If you want your content cleaned up without deleting the Plugin, run wp block-insights strip. That command works with or without an active licence.
